Please read these terms carefully before using Lobo.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lobo mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Lobo (a product of nventiv LLC) ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Lobo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Lobo allows you to import your Google Timeline data to generate personal insights. By importing your Timeline data, you represent that the data belongs to you and you will not import another person's data without their consent.
Lobo uses the Google Places API to identify businesses and places associated with your location history. Place identification is provided on a best-effort basis and may not always be accurate.
Charts, statistics, and insights provided by Lobo are for personal informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
This program is not currently active. No behavioral data is shared with advertisers today, and there is no opt-in screen currently presented in the app. This section describes the terms that would apply if and when we activate it.
If activated, participation would require that you be at least 18 years of age and explicitly opt in through an in-app consent screen.
By opting in, you would allow Lobo to include you in anonymized behavioral audience segments and deliver sponsored messages from advertisers based on your segment membership and general home metro area.
If this program is activated with an earnings component, we will update this section in advance to describe how earnings would be calculated, any minimum payout threshold, payout methods, and tax reporting obligations, before the feature becomes available to you.
If activated, any sponsored messages delivered via push notification or RCS would be clearly identified as coming from Lobo on behalf of an advertiser. Messages delivered via SMS would include "Via Lobo" in the message text. Advertisements served through third-party ad networks would appear with the advertiser's own branding, consistent with standard digital advertising practices.
We will update this policy and notify you in-app before this program is ever switched on.

The Lobo name, logo, app design, and all related intellectual property are owned by nventiv LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you grant Lobo a limited license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Lobo integrates with third-party services including the Google Places API and Cloudflare. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that place identification will be accurate in all cases, or that earnings estimates will be achieved.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOBO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you earned through Lobo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lobo and nventiv LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@getlobo.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
